1 1/2 lbs pork shoulder blade steak, removed from bone and thinly sliced, discarding excess fat
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sherry
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger and crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
1/2 cup diagonally sliced carrot
1/2 medium sweet red or green bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
Hot cooked rice
In a bowl, combine soup and next 5 ingredients. In a skillet, over high heat, in 1 tbsp hot oil, stir-fry carrot and pepper strips until tender-crisp. Transfer to bowl.
In same skillet, in remaining oil, stir-fry pork half at a time, until pork is no longer pink. Stir in cooked vegetables and soup mixture. Heat to boiling. Serve over rice. Serves 4
