4 Vidalia onions
4 cups beef bouillon
4 tbsp butter

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate. Peel each onion and core out center. Drop bouillon in the core of each onion and cover with 1 tbsp butter. Wrap tightly with foil. Cook on grill 30-60 minutes or to desired doneness. Be careful not to puncture the foil or the juices with drip out and the onion will burn.

NOTE: These can be baked in the oven at 400 for 1 hour.
