12 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp minced fresh garlic
1 tsp ground pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Sprinkle cheese in mound on a nonstick baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 9-10 minutes or until olden. Cool slightly on baking sheets.
