1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. frozen spinach
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

Thaw bread dough, and let rise, according to directions. When it rises, punch down and roll out flat. Thaw spinach and drain. Fry sausage and drain. In a large frying pan, fry onion and mushrooms in butter. Add spinach and return sausage to pan. Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture over bread dough and sprinkle with the cheeses. Roll up and place on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, until crust is browned. Remove from oven. Brush top with egg white. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place back into oven. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
