1 lb frozen tortellini, cooked as directed
1 carrot, peeled and julienned in strips
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small zucchini, julienned in strips
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil and flat-leaf parsley
12 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pitted green olives, halved
4 oz smoked Gouda, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste

While pasta is cooking, add carrots the few minutes to the boiling water. Add the zucchini and broccoli the last 30 seconds. Drain all over cold water and put into serving bowl.

Whisk next 5 ingredients for dressing and add along with the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Taste for additional salt and pepper.
