1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
14 1/2 oz beef broth
8 oz. tomato sauce
3/4 cup uncooked regular rice
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

In skillet, cook beef, onion and pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender; stir to separate meat. Spoon off fat.

Stir in broth, tomato sauce, rice, chili and garlic powder. Heat to boiling. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed; stir occasionally. Serve with cheese and sour cream. Serves 4
