2 cans apple pie filling
1 (14oz) pkg gingerbread mix, divided
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup butter, divided
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Heat apple pie filling with 1/4 cup butter until warm. Pour into a greased 9x14 greased pan. Mix 2 cups gingerbread mix and 3/4 cup water and pour over apples. Mix remaining mix with 1/4 cup butter and brown sugar until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Spread over gingerbread mix. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
