3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped

Truffle topping
1 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
4 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces

Melt chocolates with butter; stirring until smooth. Do not over heat. Add mixture to powdered sugar and Baileys. Stir until smooth, add nuts and mix well. Place fudge in an 8 or 9 square oiled pan. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on top and gently press to smooth fudge.

Topping: Melt chocolates until smooth. Remove from heat. With a fork, beat in butter and Baileys until smooth. Spread topping over fudge with a knife. Refrigerate until firm, 1-2 hours.
