6 hard cooked eggs, peeled
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp mustard
2 tbsp minced green onion
4 tsp capers
1 tsp minced fresh tarragon
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Put yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill egg whites with mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
