1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1 pkg (12 oz) mini semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Fudge Glaze:
2 tbsp butter
Reserved 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 to 2 tsp hot water

Combine cake mix and butter; mix with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute or until well-combined. Add eggs, sour cream and water. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds or until moistened. Increase speed to medium; mix 2 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup chips; stir remaining chips into batter. Spread into greased and floured 10 inch tube or fluted pan. Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool. Top with Fudge Glaze.

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Add chips and corn syrup; stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in enough water to reach desired consistency.
