New potatoes, halved, depending on size
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped (I like lemon thyme)
1 tsp fresh oregano, tarragon and rosemary, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Parboil potatoes until almost tender in water or chicken stock. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and toss in potatoes. Grill in batches over low heat, allowing grill marks to form and they are tender. Sprinkle with garnish. Serves 4-6
