1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup cold milk
1 (4 serving) pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup cherry pie filling
1 cup whipped topping
Grated chocolate, garnish

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually blend in milk. Add pudding mix, beat on low for 1 minute, scraping bowl often. Beat at medium for 30 seconds. Spread into pie crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Just before serving, spoon pie filling over pie and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate. Serve immediately.
