1 can salmon
1/2 cup finely chopped onion, green pepper and fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
Vegetable oil
Choice of toppings

Drain salmon, reserving 2 tbsp liquid; flake. Combine salmon and reserved liquid with the next 8 ingredients; mix well. Form into 4-5 patties. Pan fry in lightly oiled skillet about 5 minutes or until lightly brown. Turn half-way through cooking time.
