4 cups cubed bread, I like to mix the bread
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup olive oil

In skillet; saute garlic in oil. Remove from heat. Stir in bread cubes and cheese. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
