2 English muffins split toasted and buttered
2 sausage patties cooked
3 eggs 1/4cup olive oil
2 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 cup shredded
sharp cheddar

Set muffins on small individual plates. Place a cooked sausage patty on ½ of each muffin,
Beat the eggs until well combined. Add salt.
In small saute pan heat olive oil and give the pan a swirl to coat pan evenly. Pour in egg mixture.
Keeping heat low, lift edge of eggs to allow uncooked egg to go to the bottom of the pan.
When eggs become set, flip entire egg "omelet" over so the top can become well cooked.
Sprinkle cheese over eggs.
When eggs are set and cheese begins to melt, fold edge of eggs in half.
Cut this Omelet in half and place one of these halves onto the sausage/muffin. Cover with remaining half of English muffin. These taste great with a side of vegetable juice.
