1 cup and 1 tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
4-5 apples, peeled & sliced
1 cup flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
¾ cup butter, melted
½ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slightly grease pie plate
3. Combine 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples and tossing to coat.
4. Put into pie plate and set aside.
5. In a bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, egg, salt, butter and nuts.
6. Mix well and pour over apples.
7. Bake -at- 350 degrees for 45 minutes (additional time may be needed) or until golden brown.
