Simply Zesty Pasta Salad
Makes: 16 servings
Ingredients:
1 -16 oz bag of multi-colored spiral pasta
1/2 cup chopped zesty bread & butter pickles
1 cup mayo or miracle whip
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup juice from zesty pickles
1-8 oz can chopped mushrooms drained (opt)
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente according to pkg. directions
Drain and cool down.
In the mean time chop pickles, onions and mushrooms
Mix the mayo and pickle juice in a large mixing bowl, add chopped items and mayo mix. Stir in pasta till all pasta is coated. You can add more mayo and/or juice if desired or needed. Chill an hour or two before serving. As with any recipe using mayo, you must keep this cool to avoid any food born bacteria problems.
