Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 Fresh or frozen Halibut loins
(You may easily substitute Hake loins)
1/2 cup slivered or crushed unflavored almonds
1/2 of a fresh lemon
2tbls Butter, melted
(or 3 tbls. Olive oil)
salt & fresh pepper to taste
fresh chopped Dill weed(optional)
sliced green onion(for garnish)

Directions:
*Thaw 2 filets under room temp water in a plastic case.(30 mins)

*Set Oven temp to 400 degrees

*Finely grind whole almonds or keep slivered almonds whole. Mix with melted butter or O.O.

*Season fish filets w salt & pepper.
*Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon over fish
*Coat fish with almond oil mixture
*sprinkle fresh dill on top
*Bake for 10 mins per inch of thickest part of fish, round 20 mins for 2 filets.

Serve with sauteed green string beans or any veggie of choice and Enjoy with a glass of good Chardonnay :)
