1 package (13.2 oz) refrigerated country Italian bread dough
1 teas vegetable oil
2 medium shallots thinly sliced, about 1/2 cup
1 bunch green onions, chopped about 3/4 cup
3 large eggs
8 oz container chive and onion cream cheese
1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
3 tablespoon of fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
Preheat over to 375
Spray a large rimmed sheet or pan with nonstick cooking spray or use 9by13 pan
Unroll the bread or dough in pan to form a rectangle. Fold 1/2 inch of edges to form a rim.
In as skillet, heat the oil and add the shallots and green onions and cook about 3 or 4 min or until shallots are soft and brown.
Lightly beat the eggs and stir in the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, dill, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup parm cheese. Slowly stir in warm shallot mixture into the cheese mixture
Spread the mixture in crust. Sprinkle with the rest of the parm cheese.
Bake 20 or 25 min or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min before cutting.

(I made this and I think there are too many onions.I am not going to change their recipe but, next time I am going to cut down the amount of onions.)
