Makes 24 servings
1 3/4 cups cold milk
1 package Jello Vanilla instant pudding mix. (4 servings size)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 8oz Cool Whip, thawed
24 graham crackers
6 squares Baker's semi sweet baking chocolate
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
Pour milk into bowl and add the dry pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes are until well blended.
Add the peanut butter and mix well.
Gently fold in the Cool whip
Layer 1/3 of the graham crackers in a 9x13 dish. Break the crackers if you have to make them fit.
Put 1/2 of the pudding mix on top of crackers.
Repeat layers.
Top with graham crackers.
Microwave the chocolate and butter on high for about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Spread of top layer of graham crackers.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Store left overs in refrigerator.
