Ready in: > 5 hrs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 ounces cranberries
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan and stir well. Add cranberries. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst, stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl. Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight. Serve cold with turkey or ham.
