Base:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 teaspoon salt

Filling:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon water
6 ounces butterscotch chips

Topping:
12 ounces mixed salted nuts

For base: Mix ingredients, pat in 9x13-inch cake pan, and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

Combine filling ingredients. Pour onto baked base, then distribute mixed nuts over filling.

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
