  • 4 pounds pork roast
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Place the pork roast in the crock pot.

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange marmalade, ketchup, and garlic. Mix well then pour evenly over the pork.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the pork roast is cooked and tender. Remove from the crock pot and slice as desired.
