  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 4 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt, to taste

Combine the butter, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, Tabasco, lemon juice, garlic, and dry mustard in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the butter melts. Season with salt as needed.

Serve this steakhouse style steak sauce over your favorite grilled steaks.
