Ingredients:
-2 cups tomato juice
-1/2 cup vodka
-1 tbs of worcestershire
-zest of one lemon
-large splash of olive oil
-2 stalks celery chopped
-2 fillets salmon 6 oz each
-sea salt and pepper
-1/2 cup white wine
-small container whipping cream

Method:
-liberally sprinkle salmon fillets with salt and pepper
-pour olive oil in pan and heat at medium to high
-put salmon in pan and sear on both sides
-remove from pan,add more oil and saute celery till soft
-pour in wine and reduce by half
-mix all other ingredients together
-add to pan and bring to a boil
-put salmon in pan
-reduce to simmer
-cover and cook 2-5 min.until salmon is cooked through
-add wiping cream to desired thickness
