  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order directed by the machine manufacturer. Select white bread or French bread setting with a light crust.

When the bake cycle is complete, remove the pan from the machine and let it cool on a rack for 5 minutes before removing the bread. Remove the bread and let it cool completely on a rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
