1-18oz box of Raisin Bran Crunch
5 Cups unbleached self-rising flour
4 eggs
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup honey
1 Cup chopped fresh apple pieces
1 Qt. buttermilk
1 Cup real butter (2 sticks)

Preheat oven to 375

Pour buttermilk over Raisin Bran and mix. Add eggs, honey, apples and melted butter. Mix well. Add flour one cup at a time and mix well after each cup. Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 375 until light golden brown.

Can also make loaves by filling bread loaf pans 2/3 full. Bake at 375 until light golden brown.

Makes approximately 48 muffins +/- or 3 loaves.
