Dirctions
Melt the DARK chocolate melt in the microwave (in ten second burst stirring well at each ten second burst.) or with a small heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water. make sure that the water does not touch the underside of the bowl. stir until melted. take off heat.using a small pastery brush or a clean paint brush, dip brush in chocolate melt and bush a thin layer into the foil cupcake moulds. place upside down on a wire rack or plate until set. you should have chocolate left over, set that aside for later. mix mars bar and cream in a small pot stirring constanly over low heat until smooth and fully melted. place in a bowl and allow to set slightly (not to much, just until it devlopes a thin layer on top.) spoon mars bar mixture into set cupcake foils, leaving a small space for the extra chocolate. add the extra chocolate to the top and pop in the fridge. Allow 20 minutes to set. (optional) then melt white chocolate to decorate. once melted place in piping bag and create patterns. or you could buy some frosting and place a very light layer over the top. place in fridge. for an hour, or until fully set.
