1 Cup Milk
1 Lg. Egg
1/3 Cup Canola Oil
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease or line the cups of a 12 cup standard muffin tin.In a large bowl combine milk,egg, & canola oil. Mix well and add flour, baking powder,& sugar. Stir till well mixed. Then stir in blueberries and stir gently to mix, and then spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
