Tiger Shrimp with Chili's and Honey

6 to 8 large 16/20 count, shelled and de-veined tiger shrimp
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon finely diced red chili's, no seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon green onions, cut into 1/2 inch lengths
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons honey

In a medium saute pan over high heat melt butter until hot. Add garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add shrimp and saute for 30 seconds. Add chili's saute for 30 seconds. Add sesame seeds and onions.

Turn up heat all the way and add honey, stirring often until slightly thickened, about 45 to 60 seconds.
Serves 4.
