Ginger Rice with Green Onions

1 cup rice
2 cups chicken broth
3 tbsps. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup chopped green onions

In pan, mix first 5 ingredients. Cover pan and simmer mixture until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, abut 30 minutes.

When rice is cooked, stir in chopped green onions.
Serves 4 to 5.
