Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 can (15oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
8 oz. Italian cheese blend
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 lb cooked bacon


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the first 9 ingredients.

2. Place a chicken breast in a gallon storage bag and pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Repeat with the rest of the chicken breasts.

3. Transfer chicken to baking dish, layer bacon on top and coat with artichoke cheese mixture. Coat with bread crumbs.

4. Bake in the preheated oven until the crumbs are browned and the chicken juices run clear, about 25 minutes.
