Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

Start w/ a New Wave Oven. Rinse full slab BBY Back Rib's in ice cold water. Hang to drain for 15 sec's. Lay flat. Count 6 bone's and seperate into half slab's. Spray meat side up with Pam Olive Oil, lightly. The oil is only used to act as a sticky surface to catch the Rub or any spice you want to use. It depend's on your tastebud's. Set your NewWaveOven-at-45 min's. This is completely thawed rib's, right ? OK. 7 min's B4 the end of the cooking cycle, push the pause button. NOW you apply the BBQ Sauce of your choice. WARNING!!!! slice one bone off the tip before you accidentally destroy the REAL taste of the slab of rib's that a free range cow gave up his life for, just so you can ruin the taste of his flesh with some store bought unknown bbq sauce ? OK, go ahead and rape your free range domesticated herd, Damn You.
