White Pizza Sauce

Combine the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder in a saucepan and mix well. Slowly whisk the milk into the flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickened.

Stir the butter into the sauce and cook, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and incorporated. Remove the pan from the heat.

Spread the white sauce on your favorite pizza crust. Top as desired and bake.
