8 CHICKEN BREASTS,1 CUP GRATED CHEESE,1/2 CUP PARSLEY,1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS,6TBS FLOUR,2EGGS,2TBS POULTRY SEASONING,1/4 CUP BARBEQUE SAUCE. DIRECTIONS:WASH AND DRY BREASTS.USING YOUR HANDS,RUB IN THE POULTRY SEASONING.IN A BOWL,COMBINE 1/2 CHEESE WITH 1/2 PARSLEY AND BREADCRUMBS.USING A SHARP KNIFE,CUT BREASTS ALONG THE MIDDLE.STUFF CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CHEESE MIXTURE. GET A PLASTIC BAG AND PUT IN THE FLOUR,THE REMAINING CHEESE AND THE PARSLEY IN A SMALL BOWL,BEAT EGG.DIP BREAST ONE AT A TIME AND PUT INTO BAG CONTAINING THE FLOUR MIXTURE.TOSS WELL.PLACE CHICKEN ON A BAKING DISH.HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE CHICKEN FOR 30 MINUTES .BASTE WITH BARBEQUE SAUCE AND BAKE FOR A FURTHER 10 M INUTES OR UNTIL THE JUICE RUNS CLEAR.
