1/4 c onion, coarsely chopped
1 T ginger, grated peeled fresh
1 T celery, finely chopped
3 T rice vinegar
2 T water
1 T toasted peanut oil
1 T soy sauce
2 t sugar
1 t lemon juice
1 t Miso (soybean paste)
1/4 t salt
1/8 t black pepper

9 c Iceberg lettuce, chop
1 1/2 c cucumber, thinly slice
3/4 c carrot, shred
3/4 c celery, chop
1/3 c onion, chop
12 cherry Tomatoes, halved

Combine ingredients in blender, process until smooth.
Combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in bowl. Drizzle dressing ; toss.
