4 sheets filo pastry
50 g butter, melted
150 g hot-smoked salmon, flake
hollandaise sauce

Preheat oven 180C/fan 160C/gas 4.
Lay 2 filo sheets side by side, brush with butter, lay 2 sheets on top, brush again.
Cut each into 6 squares.
Brush a mini muffin tin with butter.
Push a filo square into each.
Bake 5 min until crisp.
Lift tart cases from tin; fill each with salmon; spoon over hollandaise
