Ready in: < 30 minutes

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup steamed corn, very tender
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs or instant baby cereal
  • 2 tablespoons cooked onion (optional)
  • chicken broth for pureeing (can substitute vegetable broth or water)

Combine all in a blender and add chicken broth as needed to obtain the desired consistency. This freezes well in ice cube trays
