Pork Adobo

2 lb pork, cut into cubes
2 medium size garlic, smashed
1 cup onions, chopped fine
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 bay leaves
freshly ground black pepper
1. Brown pork in large frying pan then add spices and liquids.
2. Cover and simmer over medium heat until most of sauce has evaporated or is fully cooked.
4. Serve with white rice.
