4 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp AP Flour
2 to 6 cloves finely minced garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1 8oz container sour cream

In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic (gently...don't let it burn) until garlic is fragrant. Stir in flour. (Season with salt n pepper). Cook about 3 minutes on med-high heat. Wisk in chicken broth; bring to a boil and simmer, stirring frequently, till sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

This sauce is great over pan-fried chicken breasts and rice, or just about anything.
