Split whit gram 100 gm
Salt to taste
Ghee or coconut oil 30 gm
Method:
(1)Soak rice and gram separately(2)Grind rice coarsely and gram to a smooth and fluffy consistency(3)Mix together.Leave to ferment overnight(4)Add salt and lukewarm water to form a pouring consistency(5)Heat griddle(6)Grease lightly with Ghee or coconut oil(a cut onion may be used to wipe surface of griddle if better is inclined to catch)(7)pour spoon full of mixture.spread to form a round about 13-15 cm.(5-6)in diameter(8)Cook for 2 minutes and fold both said (9)serve hot with coconut chutney enjoy.......
