Bake at 350 for 1 hour in greased 8x4 loaf pan. Makes 2 loaves.

3 cups all purpose flour
2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground nutmeg
1/2 t ground cloves
1 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
Set aside

2 c sugar
2 c finely shredded zucchini
1/2 c cooking oil
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/2 t finely shredded lemon peel
Mix well.
Add flour mixture and stir until combined.
Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts
Pour into loaf pans bake 60 minutes or until toothpick near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan and cool
thoroughly. Wrap and store overnight before sslicing.
