Serves 4

2 Tbsp oil
3/4 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion, cut into medium strips
3/4 cup water
1 envelope onion gravy mix
2 Tbsp each vinegar, soy sauce
2 Tbsp sugar

Heat oil in wok. Add pork and onion. Stir fry until pork is cooked through; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add to pork. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve oven hot cooked rice.
