Serves 4

1 lb round steak
1 Tbsp oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tsp dillweed
2/3 cup water
1 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp flour

Slice steak diagonally cross grain into 1/2 inch strips. Stir fry steak in hot oil in skillet. Remove steak and pan juices. Stir fry mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add soup mix, dillweed and water. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add steak with juices. Stir in mixture of yogurt and flour. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve over noodles of rice.
