3 eggs
1 large can evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
5 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 (16 oz) can or 2 cups applesauce
Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in milk, add sugar, melted butter, flour and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Mix in applesauce. Pour into greased 9 inch deep dish pie plate. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until set. Good served with whipped cream.
