1 large tube cake or 2-3 small ones

3 sticks margarine
3 cups sugar
5 eggs (add one at a time)
3 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon
1 tsp rum flavoring

Cream margarine and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time, then remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in cold oven set st 350 F. Bake 1 hour and 20-30 minutes.
