Makes 50 cookie size pinwheels

1/2 lb pork sausage
2 cups biscuit mix
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
few drops tabasco sauce

Let sausage warm to room temperature so it will be spreadable; then blend the tabasco. Put biscuit mix into bowl, add butter and work with fork until crumbly. Mix in water or milk as directed on package for biscuits. Roll dough in rectangle; spread sausage evenly and roll up. Wrap and store in refrigerator or freezer. Cut into slices when half frozen or very cold. Bake on ungreased cooking sheet at 375 F for about 15 minutes.
