Serves about 24

1 lb Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb cheddar (medium)
small pkg roquefort
4 small pkgs cream cheese
1 medium onion, grated
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
chopped nuts

Let all cheeses be at room temperature. Grate or crumble in order to mix well. Chill until a shape can be formed. Shape into 2 oval balls. Roll in chopped nuts (pecans or almonds). Remove from refrigerator several hours before serving at room temperature with assorted crackers.
