1 /2 15 oz can no salt added navy beans, rinsed and drained
1 /2 medium avocado, peeled and seeded
1 /4 cup fat free or low fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp fat free milk
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 medium garlic clove
1 /2 tsp ground cumin
1 /4 tsp salt
1/ 8 tsp cayenne

In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients until smooth, scraping bowl frequently.
