two 15-oz. cans pinto beans with Mexican spices, drained
one 15-oz. can garbanzos
1/4 C. green onion, sliced
oil and vinegar dressing
lettuce
4 avocados, halved and spitted

Directions

Combine all beans and green onion. Toss with enough oil and vinegar dressing to coat, about 1/4 cup. Arrange lettuce on a platter. Place 8 avocado halves on lettuce. Spoon bean salad into avocado
shells.

Makes 8 servings.
